Automatic confirmation of receipt

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your registration at your e-mail address. If you do not receive our confirmation, something has gone wrong with your registration. In this case, please get in touch with the Innovation Missions Department: innovatiemissies@rvo.nl.

Please note that a confirmation of receipt is not a confirmation of participation. We will inform you of your participation when registration is closed.

Terms and conditions

You can participate in an innovation mission on behalf of an organisation. Through this registration form, you confirm that your registration has been approved with the authorised person of the organisation.

Cancellations must be received by email (teamiris@rvo.nl) three weeks prior to the start of the mission to receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Please note that your registration (contact details and comapny description) will be shared with the organising partners consisting of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, NIDV, Oost-NL and the BOM.
